Yunak Houses offer a unique accommodation experience in a magnificent natural setting. With 6 cave houses dating back to the 5th and 6th centuries and a total of 39 private cave rooms, Yunak Houses embrace an atmosphere where history and nature intertwine. The hotel is adorned with an old Greek Mansion built in the 19th century, adding a special touch to its charm. Yunak is also the name of the neighborhood it is part of, located in Ürgüp in the Cappadocia region of Turkey.

The word "Yunak" traces back to the times when women without water in their homes would gather at the neighborhood fountains to wash clothes and perform cleaning chores. These fountains, called "yunaks," were a significant part of daily social life during that era. Yunak Houses have carefully restored and decorated the rare cave rooms, staying true to the local texture. The decor includes handmade lace curtains, antique chests, old brass wrought-iron beds, embroidered frames, old Turkish carpets, and antique lamps, all carefully chosen to reflect simplicity and elegance.
